About the role
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support daily operations across our Linden Court community— troubleshooting resident work orders, performing routine inspections, and partnering with your team to ensure safe, clean, and highly functional spaces for our residents.
Key responsibilities
- Address and resolve maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall).
- Complete unit turns and preventive maintenance on schedule.
- Maintain accurate logs and follow safety / code compliance.
- Participate in on-call rotation; occasional weekends.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on residential maintenance experience.
- Ability to lift 30-40+ lbs; frequent standing/walking/stooping.
- Valid driver's license; travel to nearby communities as needed.
- Excellent communication and resident-first mindset.
